Return Policy

Doesn't fit? Doesn't work with the outfit you had in mind? Wasn't what you thought it was going to be?? No Worries!!

Heels will gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange only. All items must be returned unworn, with the tags still attached, and within 14 days of purchase (no exclusions).

In order for us to process your return you must follow these steps (if you live outside of the St. Louis area):

1) You are responsible for the return label.

2) Send us an email (heelsboutiquestlonline@gmail.com) with your order# in the subject line. Let us know what's going on (i.e. if the item is damaged, too small, not what you thought it was going to be, etc), if you are returning for store credit or exchanging, and what you want to exchange for (if you're exchanging). 

3) ALL Store Credits will be applied to a gift card that will be emailed to you once your return is received and processed. 

4) Exchanges will only be for an item of equal or lesser value (the remaining amount will be given to you in store credit)

5) Give us approximately 2-3 business days to fully process your return and get your new item shipped out (if you chose to exchange).

***ALL SALES FINAL ON JEWELRY AND SALE ITEMS. No exclusions.

----> We will gladly return any merchandise at our retail location that has been purchased within 14 days, with the tags still attached and unworn. We will return merchandise at our retail location for store credit or exchange only.

 

We hope everyone has success with their purchases from our online store, but understand that there are going to be instances where that may not happen.
